Example Menus of the ELSA control system

By the use of this menu, the beam optics of ELSA including the dipoles, two families of main quadrupoles and three families of sextupoles is controlled. Besides the controlled values (blue) and automatically updated measured values (yellow) also online calculated simulation data (orange) is presented in this menu.

This menu presents one example of the integrated beam diagnostics of the control system at ELSA. You can see the spectrum of the transverse betatron motion. The spectrum is calculated online with the help of a DSP system.

This menu shows the position of the vacuum pumps at the ELSA facility. Each pump is represented by a colored circle. The color of the circle depends on the vacuum at this point.
